Corporate Status Information

Posted On 3 October, 2005, 09:08 am by

Corporate status is addressed in our General Operating By-Law , and it is an important part of insurance. It is essential that each club is up-to-date and registered as a corporation or society, depending on its home province. Please pay close attention to the issues and requirements related to corporate status and the information that has been provided on the subject.

In provinces where available at no charge, clubs are to submit a Certificate of Status or a Confirmation of Receipt. If these documents are not available free of charge, clubs are to submit the first page of their annual return and/or any filings with their provincial Ministry.
